Jill Benser

Jill helps facilitate all of the client experiences that we have here in the office and is responsible for many of our best ideas on how to make your visit with us special, though she’ll tell you it was a team effort. She’s a cultivator and instinctively seems to know how to make something lovely out of raw material you would never have thought to use. This talent has garnered her the name of “Office MacGyver”. If you gave her paperclips and an apple, we bet she’d somehow form a sculpture out of it that would amaze.  
 
More than that, as a Client Concierge she’s the extra set of eyes and ears in meetings where she is Ben’s strategic partner. Her notes and observations in meetings make her a hero to our Strategy team. What she gathers helps facilitate an incredible client experience. Jill can quickly intuit when clients need a little extra explanation of our processes; she just has the knack of helping clients move through their journey.  

It might be noted that as a mother of five girls, not much gets past her and she’s a pro at reading faces.
